Sounds like you have word wrap turned on. Try turning it off,
calling SCI_CLEARDOCUMENTSTYLE, performing your change and then
turning wrap back on.
yes I thought about that but the operation is interactive and tweaking with
word-wrapping is not possible.
any idea, if a multistep "do", like SC_MULTISTEPUNDOREDO was handled
would
be possible?
I think there are probably simpler solutions with less chance of
producing confusing results.
yes, I know that kind of stuff can always be messy :-(
