Please take a look at the Beta Virtual Card Edge Interface for
Cryptographic Java enabled smartcards. This specification will help
to reduce the amount of host CSP's for smartcards and will allow the
support of many smartcards with a single CSP. It also allows the use of
100% java cards and provides abstrace methods to use large key sizes and
store bulk data types. This can be found at the Applet Exchange on the
