Looking at the chosen instructions for the different commands, I have a
couple remarks:
A4 is a select command which is used on a Javacard to select Applet
C0 is the Get Response
B0 is Binary command (Read or Write, don't remember which)
Maybe it would be good to avoid these standard instructions.
Could anybody who has a copy of ISO7816-4 check other possible
collisions?
