Hello,

I released a new version of the RSA/IDEA encryption tools for encryption
and decryption of files under Unix. The new version supports a CSP for
both the Cyberflex Access card and the Cryptoflex for Windows 2000 cards.
When building either type:

make cryptoflex
make cyberflex

depending on the card you have.

It also has a PAM module for doing PAM authentication using RSA 1024 bit
challenge/response peridigms.

Again, the keys are created on the host and injected onto the key file on
the card. The keys are NOT offloaded from the card but rather the card's
digital signature functions are used instead with 128 bit challenges. I
will release a paper describing what functions this solves later this week.

The software works about 95% of the time - for some reason the cards are
not as predictable with digital signatures and require some padding on the
challenges. On the idea key this demotes the security of the key so I
would just rather encrypt it and do a decrypt and do a diff to make sure
the original came out OK.

Best Regards,
Dave
