OK, I understand that ISO standards are copyrighted, and it should be no
problem to pay for that. I just didn't also get any hint where to obtain any
copy or any book dealing with that. I just have a book about smartcards, but
it didn't help me, because it doesn't deal with details about working with
the commands. And it seems that there aren't too many books about that.
I am a little reluctant about standardization documents for normally being
not quite easy to understand. How's this ISO doc?

Oliver,
If this is an industry-standard card OS, it will implement the APDUs in
ISO 7816-4 - but any security information required to access files in
the card will only be available to those with a need to know.
At this stage it is always necessary to note that ISO standards are
copyright and every copy has to be paid for. Thus they are not
available for download from the internet (unlike the GSM specs).
