MUSCLE Report Card In/Eject to System

Hi,   Our Pcmcia SmartCard Reader driver will handle the event of card in/eject. But I can't found the way to report to MUSCLE, only have the function to get card status.   So I want know that the MUSCLE will use timer polling or other way to support user surprise eject card.   Thanks
