Hello,

Actually there is no good way in PC/SC to get reader events, I'm struggling
with this one right now.  I suppose one way to attack this is to do the
following:

SCardGetStatusChange will also block for reader insertion/removal
All functions will return some IFD_COMMUNICATION_ERROR in the driver if
there is a transaction pending.  I suppose the app could then call
SCardListReaders to see if the reader is still existant .......
