Actually, perforce url is like scm:perforce:host:port:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
this URL doesn't respect a common format with [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Add support for scm:perforce:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:port:path_to_repository and
deprecate the previous format
