Hi All,
The above solution given by Mauro Molinari worked for me. I have
added the both in PERL5LIB environment variable. I am able to start the
daemon server But the warning didn't go.
Using a hash as a reference is deprecated at
/usr/share/scmbug/lib/Scmbug/Daemon/Process.pm line 1208.

I ignored it and installed the glue successfully. I have also tested SVN
bugzilla integration. It is working fine.
Thanks a lot for everyone.

Regards
Achar

AChar,

Can you try adding in the beginning of /etc/init.d/scmbug-server the
following ?

# Set PERL5LIB to your path
export PERL5LIB=/var/www/html/bugzilla
