I concluded my 1999 opentracking season at Laguna Seca with NASA. This organization is truly professional and first rate. They remain fully focused on offering the customer maximum value while offering a safe opentrack environment. They require download sessions after every track session. I would like to specifically thank Jerry Kunzman and Barry Hartzel for running an excellent operation. I look forward to participating with NASA for as many years as my car and funds will afford me! I further enjoyed running with many friends on this day. Eight of us ran our cars. We all successfully drove there......had a blast.......and drove home after enjoying track time and dinner together! I think one of the best examples on how NASA is committed to maximizing the customers value is in what took place at the end of the day. NASA completed the full run schedule at about 4pm and then they chose to open up the track for an additional 25 minutes for us die hard opentrackers to enjoy Laguna one last time. Most organizers would have called it a day. But Nasa's, Jerry and Barry said lets give the customer one more session of FUN! Thanks guys! I had a total BLAST!
