I doubt it. I replaced Ubuntu with Fedora as the alternate boot on my Debian machines since having Debian and Ubuntu seemed like a waste of time (especially given the parlous state of Unity). Having done the initial install I ensured I had access to all the filestores and then discovered that the Fedora TeXLive is 2007 whereas Debian has 2012. SO that was the end of me trying to use Fedora. Thus it is basically a vanilla new install, effectively unused.
