OK, not entirely sure these are the definitive answers, but here goes:
1. GRUB, as I understand it, is a bootloader, like LILO.
2. To remove a bootloader, from an MS-DOS prompt type fdisk /mbr which
should scrub your master boot record and return it to Windows default.
3. If you're using Linux4Win and didn't partition your harddrive, then that
should be it.
Oh, to have a heaving 12Gb Hdd - it would beat a heaving 1.2Gb dual boot!
