This is great info as I decided to move my 2 hard disks, cdrom and burner
around so that the cdrom/burner were on different id channels. Guess what,
could not boot linux as my disks had moved and could not find my rescue disk
and my floppy drive is not working properly. Theres probably a loose cable
somewhere which is not bad considering i took my pc apart while off work
with a broken elbow haa haa. I ask my wife to help with those awkward bits
but this nearly ended in divorce haa haa.

I will try and get linux from the tomsrootboot cd
