Don't know if this is the same with the amiga but it was the same for
atari, PC can read the format, its just that if you use 1.44Mb disks for
720K in a pc drive you need to cover up the 1.44Mb hole that the drive
uses to suss out the format. Atari drives didnt care because they didnt
know about 1.44Mb
