How many ISDN phones (I have a siemens one on my desk) have USB?
USB only makes NO sense. 

Think you or your BT engineer have installed the wrong thing :-)

otherwise Home Highway, Business Highway (the same as HH, but allowing 
a few ISDN goodies) and ISDN2e (no analogue phone sockets) would be majorly 
screwed.


...oh, and ISDN uses standard rj45 connectors n cables if you need to
move your PC, or your cared comes without any
