I went for a job with them for Linux Systems Admin, unfortunately though, they were only prepared to pay the bottom end of the scale unless you could wow their techie guy (below) by proving you had a better knowledge than him of Linux.
Main thing about the interview I remember is showing what I knew how to do only to have to effectively rubbished by him telling me he can do it much better than me..... Just my impression though.
