Title: ADSL and Linux
Colin,

I have read the site (and both sites that reckon they work - well the one in english anyhow - my dutch aint up to much) and it refers to the VCI/VPI paring.

The VC/VP I pairing for BTopenworld is 38 and 0 (zero) and afaik, this is the same for all UK xDSL ISP's.

Might be worth having a word with Demon Support tho, just make sure.

Let us know how you get on, I work on a broadband helpdesk, and would love to see (hear of) it working.

HTH

details here  http://users.skynet.be/bk230664/linux/ albeit with Red HAt 7.1 (I'm using Mandrake)

I'll let the list know if I succeed once Demon contact me about actually connectting the ADSL

Unless I hear howls of "not bloody here mate"
