I doubt you'd get DSL-like pricing on non-DSL dedicated connections that
give you multiple IP addresses, but you could try either calling the likes
of NTL, Telewest, BT (yes, BT) and so on about a 'proper' dedicated
connection with an SLA.

Alternately give Easynet a buzz to see if you're in range of an Easynet
LLU-enabled exchange so you can bypass BT for xDSL.
