Hello, I have managed to get Mandrake8.2 up and running - including an internet connection using my SpeedTouch ADSL USB modem. :)
It looks as though I have to install java plugins to use some sites properly. I have tried to download the SDK which seems to require even more files to be installed in my setup. I think I might be missing something. I thought a distro like Mandrake was supposed to work 'out of the box'. Any ideas?
