This is what I want to do. Meanwhile I've build a local copy of the
binary repository, as you suggested. Work like a charm.

What first spoiled me is this: ./unplanned-build.sh --clean does also
remove /var/apt/cache/packages. If one does not have a local binary
repository, all packaged get downloaded again.

But the solution was easy: Just run ./unplanned-build.sh once, this will
download all build-deps. Then copy /var/apt/cache/packages out of the
scratchbox and create a binary repository.

Maybe you want to add this to the readme?
