Follow-up Comment #2, bug #67482 (group screen): I'm seeing a related behavior that's unfixed in the latest release.
1. Run *C-a A*
2. Resize the terminal window
Notice that the prompt is gone (size the resize cleared it) and you can no
longer open it again since *enter_window_name_mode* is still set to *1* (it
was never reset).
