Peggy, Thank you so much for your inquiry. Unfortunately I have just started in this business and I am not ready for production just yet. So my knowledge is quite limited. I can offer only an opinion based on the measuring of the sports shirts I have at my disposal. I have several center logos and they all lie in the range of 5-6". All of them have the # in the back and all of them are adult shirts. The shape of the logo would also affect the sizing. I hope this information helps. In 6 months I will have a much broader education in the business and would be glad to help anytime.
