Hello. I downloaded a program called "cable modem
upload cap remover" and in it's instructions it's telling me to get the MAC
address of the cable modem, which should be on the bottom and be something like
"000ca1200c9". It's not on mine. Is this address recoverable by any other
means. My upload speeds are very slow (7-12k) and it was an interesting prospect
( altho probably against cable rules ). Any input? or
advice?
