[Scribus] Compiling 1.0 under RH9

Hey all,
        I have made sure that I have all the necessary packages installed so 
that I 
can compile v1.0 under Red Hat 9, but I still have no luck.
        I made sure that I have the devel packages, but it still comes up that 
it 
can't find a version of Qt => 3.0.2.  Are these packages under RH9 in a place 
that the configure script can find them or what?
