[Scribus] 1.1.1 and UI fonts

The UI fonts in 1.1.1 are way too big.  Where do I specify what font
to use for the UI elements?

I want to match my gtk settings, where I specify the fontconfig pattern:

  gtk-font-name = "Lucida Sans 8"

in my ~/.gtkrc-2.0 file.
