(a) needs no elaboration. (b) means that I can't conveniently print it out for inclusion in one of my many ring binders. (c) could cause confusion at some point. This is by no means a criticism of the authors/translators of the work. They have at this moment created the most useful work available in the genre. But I still hope for a tutorial that is more or less recent and in pdf form. So those working on such should carry on! Meanwhile I have downloaded the four html files that comprise the current tutorial and will print them out.
