[Scribus] Ghostscript not installed error in Panther

I am running Os 10.3.6 I have the latest version of Ghostcript 
installed, however when I launch Scribus I get an error telling me that 
Ghostscript is not installed. I hope this is enough info. If not let me 
know what I missed. I am new to running Unix on my Mac so be gentle.
