[Scribus] Scribus download page

Just wondering if anyone else gets this bizarre behaviour. From the download 
page at

http://www.scribus.org.uk/modules.php?op=modload&name=Downloads&file=index&req=viewdownload&cid=5

Hover over Scribus of Manual, it will point to

http://www.scribus.org.uk/modules.php?op=modload&name=Downloads&file=index&req=getit&lid=109

and then when I click on that link, it loads

http://www.microsoft.com/
