on mac and linux the property palette does not move when repetedly called. this is an old bug which should be solved since a long time... does it really still happen on windows? on mac, if you have deleted you preferences (or it's the first time you run scribus) the properties palette will be off screen. its position has to be manually fixed as described here: http://bugs.scribus.net/view.php?id=9293 and maybe pray that my feature request gets implemented: http://bugs.scribus.net/view.php?id=9297 ciao a.l.e
