My firm is licensed for CS4 Master Collection which includes InDesign. My Windows 7 machine crashed while in InDesign, and worse, when I was mid-project.
After several calls to the sub-continent, my problem with InDesign remained unsolved. Still don't know why it crashed. Still don't know if it will crash again. Now, am completely abandoned by Adobe since they have released CS5.x and don't even pretend to support CS4 anymore. Oh, the interrupted project...I finished it in Scribus on a Windows XPwhile waiting on hold for various Adobe experts to get me back in production in InDesign. We paid a lot of money to Adobe and, when it counted, couldn't finish our project with their products. Thank God for Scribus and the people behind it. Your work is appreciated, even when we don't say it enough. Dave
