Hi Simon, we assess the students' registration number (9 digits) on a 9x10 grid. Thus, just to get your information (hospital number, name and the date) which even include letters, is not to be recommended.
Why don't you use text fields and type in the respective text -that you see in handwriting- into the field provided by SDAPS. We do that with comments, e.g. we type them. Beats typing _everything_ into Excel.
