Again, a clever idea. I won't ask you to implement this one this time though. It's just one department (palliative care) doing the surveys, and their patients are inpatients in other departments' (eg oncology) wards, so they probably can't add non-standard stuff to the beds. I will discuss this with them though. I hope they'll be pleased enough to have the survey answers filled in that they'll not find it too onerous to add the patient number and name.
