Hello our North San Diego client is looking for a front end software
engineer with a keen eye for user experience design to join their Platform
Interfaces development team in San Diego. We are a small, fast‐growing
company that delivers value to advertisers by driving foot traffic with our
location‐aware ads.
The Platform Interface team is responsible for developing and delivering
the critical user experiences that power Verve Mobile’s ad servicing
platforms. In this position you will be responsible for developing,
maintaining, enhancing and optimizing our customer facing application
suite. You will gain exposure to a variety of open source cutting edge
technologies, potentially wear multiple hats and have the ability to work
on variety of project offerings. If a work environment like this excites

*Desired Skills & Abilities*
§ BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent
experience
§ 3+ years of experience designing web application with complex workflows
§ 2+ years with Ruby on Rails, or another modern web application framework
(Django, Express, etc) and an interest in developing *deep Ruby* knowledge
§ Significant JavaScript, HTML, and CSS experience
§ Experience with popular libraries and APIs such as jQuery, D3, React,
AngularJS, and NodeJS build tools and pipelines
§ Familiarity with Unix/Linux system command line tools
§ A burning desire to perfect your craft and learn more
