I think for PDF attachments you need to have Adobe software loaded on
the system generating the email (AOS or client sending the email). I
am not sure what is needed for an html attachment. You also need to
have configured the email integration, but I presume you already did
that.

option, but the only format in there that does not give an error is the
ASCII file (which is a text file). The HTML or PDF formats caused the Axapta
to restart.
I don’t think that the (.txt) file is acceptable to be sent to any customer
or vendor.
So, does anyone have any experience in this area?
