I haven't seen problem in my labs leaving that to default values. If I'm not
sure "0" means:

2010-05-01 Thread Mike Brooks
When configuring callmanager as a DHCP server does anyone know the affects
of leaving the default settings of "0" for both the server and the subnet
for the following values ?

Arp Cache Timeout (sec)*: 0
IP Address Lease Time (sec)*: 0
Renewal(T1) Time (sec)*: 0
Rebinding(T2) Time (sec)*: 0

I agree with Roger, about your question, primary-ni is the standard pri
interface in the USA, so when you send a 10 digit long number it set the type
as national also if you send a 7 digit number it will set the call as
subscriber, with primary-net5 is not the case becouse it doesn't recognize namp

The standard rule of a CCIE lab is that if a question doesn't specify
something, it doesn't matter (and hence we shouldn't care).

codedc g771u under voice register pool, intrasite calls to/from this phone to

Is it must to give "codec G711ulaw" under "voice register pool 1"

I believe it Q dependent and also If I have G711ulaw under voice reg pool in
that case if I am calling say via GK from HQ into CME the transcoders will be
needed, but is there anythign else I am missing whcih will break if I don't
mention any codec under voice reg pool...which by default is G729
