EDelivery means the media will be ISO file downloads, and PAK will be PDF files

Hi,

I have done a few 10.x upgrade from 7.x and 6.x.

I didn't use the prime collaboration.

One thing you may want to do is, one you upgrade the systems to 10.x, take a 
DRS backup and restore it on a 10.x OVA

Karen,

By default the type B phones use KPML and that mimics the SCCP behavior on the 
SIP phones as well.
If you use dialing rules on the type b then it will use the enbloc

As far as I know I think one is not allowed to do any physical alteration to 
the lab devices, may be that made it go 0 

However best would be to check on CIsco certification support forum and please 
do share your findings as well
