I don't think I'll ever unsubscribe from this list now!?

I subscribed to this list only a few weeks after I bought my Chevelle (my
first muscle car ever)

I'd feel rude, like telling a dear friend to p. off without any reason.

You've guided me through the hard times when I've hated the car.

You helped me when I was a total rookie.

I almost planned to sell her once but thanks to you I've kept on tinkering
:-)

 

Going up north in Mars to get another load of parts imported from over
there

And it's like Christmas every time :-)

I agree. I think I am one of the few remaining original members and I don't
see myself leaving even if I didn't have my Chevelle.  In fact, we just
missed the 10th anniversary of the list.  It was started on October 1996 by
Mitch (Mitcho) Barrie.  I have not heard from him in a while, but I think he
in the Bay Area now.

I looked around online because I know I found them somewhere but cant seem to

[Chevelle-list] Timing cover pan gasket

Hi guys...Does anyone have any tips on fixing a leak on the timing cover oil 
pan gasket on a small block???..Can the oil pan be lowered enough with the 
engine in the car to replace it??

Chevelles, although it was continued in production through the 90s.

section of my store.  Anybody that has torn down a few rearends will likely
have some laying around.  I think I have some out in my garage too.  Do you

John: I just replaced one on a 350 engine we built. I took all the pan bolts
out,and it allowed the pan to drop about 1 inch to 1 1/2 in front.
I then put the new gasket in and put the bolts back in starting at the front
and working to the back. I had a chrome housing the had a small bend in it 
to the outside and caused mine to leak.Hope this helps
