[Bug 1951826] Re: Installing site as Progressive Web App does not create launcher icon

2024-05-29 Thread Dexter Frost
Hi there, this issue has come up for me on all packaged versions of
epiphany - except no record of app in application manager either. Gnome
has closed the issue as it isn't them. Please see thread:
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/epiphany/-/issues/2357

Gnome believe this to be an Ubuntu issue.

Thanks all.

[Bug 220466] Re: Excessive loading time after login

2010-05-09 Thread dexter
I am having the same problem with Ubuntu 10.04 'Lucid Lynx'. When I
enter my password the login window disappears as usual and I'm left
staring at the empty login screen for almost 30 seconds.

Tell me if you need any more information about this bug. I have also
posted a new bug on this issue for Ubuntu 10.04 on the following link:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gdm/+bug/577863

[Bug 553688] Re: Could not determine type of stream.

2010-04-21 Thread Dexter
Hello there!
I am using Lucid Beta 2 (System Monitor says "Release 10.04 (lucid) Kernel
Linux 2.6.32-21-generic GNOME 2.30.0) and even I get the same error message
while trying to play a *.avi file. Other *.avi files still open. Even VLC is
unable to open it. Attached is the totem-debug.txt file which I got from my
home directory after running the command 'totem --debug &> totem-debug.txt;' in
the terminal. I am not sure if it is a problem with the file or codecs.
