As we have several sub-projects, each sub-project will have its own space, like we do for Karaf Minho (https://github.com/apache/karaf-minho). The migration should be "smooth" and I will work on it if you agree. Thoughts ? Regards JB

Re: [PROPOSAL] Migrate to GitHub Issues/Actions
Hello Please check https://github.com/ops4j/org.ops4j.tools/blob/main/jira2github/data/readme.adoc - I can perform the migration. The tool is a bit low level, but it worked during OPS4J migration to GH. This readme describes multi-stage procedure which includes generation of properties files containing the mapping of various jira items (versions, components, milestones, ...). The point is that there may be cross links between JIRAs, so GH issues should also contain links - that's handled by the tool as well. In first pass I create the issues, collect the JIRA (KARAF-xxx) to GH # mapping, which then is used in second pass to recreate the links. regards Grzegorz Grzybek wt., 21 lis 2023 o 10:15 Jean-Baptiste Onofré napisał(a): > Hi guys > > Any comments on that one ? > > If there are no objections, I will move forward with that. > > Regards > JB > > On Tue, Oct 31, 2023 at 9:27 AM Jean-Baptiste Onofré > wrote: > > > > Hi guys, > > > > I would like to propose to move from Jira to GH Issues and from > > Jenkins to GH Actions. > > > > As we have several sub-projects, each sub-project will have its own > > space, like we do for Karaf Minho > > (https://github.com/apache/karaf-minho). > > > > The migration should be "smooth" and I will work on it if you agree. > > > > Thoughts ? > > > > Regards > > JB >
