Re: $$Excel-Macros$$ Help Required!

2011-04-29 Thread syed aliya raza hashim
Hi Andred,

see for example in sheet1 UPS 28-Apr-12

  Battery 28-Jul-11
   SMPS 2-Jan-11

then i want the meassage box should display message when we open the file
--like "ur UPS product will expire in 1 year 0r 365 days" because it will
calculate from today date so today is 28 april-2011 but for UPS date entry
is 28-Apr-2012 so that means it will expire in 365 days

same for Battery "ur Battery product will expire after 3 month" because
today date is 28 april 2011 and battery entry date is 28 jul-2011 so that
means it will expire after 3 month

but for SMPS product no need to display because the date mention for SMS is
02-jan-2011 which is already expired on

so if the above condition is there for all
product in all sheet then i want to display the message box for all sheet if
remaining date is there to expire from current date

Hi Ashish,
Thanks for replying but it is showing for only 28-April-2011 see what i want
to display the meassage which date has been expired eg.today date is 27
april ,so the message display for less than the today date or system date
for example

Product Date
1001 3-May-2011
1002 26-Apr-2011
1003 28-Apr-2011

the output would be for 1002 because 26 april ia less than the system date
or today date, same for all the tab

$$Excel-Macros$$ Need Help urgent Please

2011-04-27 Thread syed aliya raza hashim
Hi,
In my sheet there are three tab 1)UPS tab 2)Router tab 3)SMPS tab
so there are date column as well is there
my question :when we open the excel file it should prompt me the message the
date is going to expire on which tab
for example :suppose in UPS tab for product no 1002&1003 date is 26 Apr so
it is going to expire from current date then so it has to prompt me when we
open the file and display the message "under UPS Tab your product id
1002&1003 expired" same as for all the tab it should display the meassage
for all the tab if date is expired into one message box
like for same all other tab

Hi in this formula if i am incresing the range 25 to 125 then it is counting
blank cell also and traeting blank cell as a jan month so is there any
suggestion where can we ignore blank cell
=IF(ISERROR(AVERAGE(IF(MONTH($B$2:$B$125)=2,$E$2:$E$125))),"",AVERAGE(IF(MONTH($B$2:$B$125)=2,$E$2:$E$125)))
