RE: Additional Mailboxes
I have already done this, I add the address for support in the from field. The message gets sent ok but has my name and on behalf of support in the from field when it is received. It seems that the permissions did not propagate until now ( there must be a time frame), hell it takes a long time, even my second problem (where the user was able to view the support mailbox although I had removed the permissions) is now sorted. Don't know how to get rid of this, I set all the specific users up with Send As permission in the permissions tab. 2. I removed one of the users from the permissions tab, but that user can still access the support mailbox. Any help will be appreciated. There is, however, a reg hack that you can apply to your Exchange server to lessen that amount of time. We do it on all our servers.
