Group, I need to have mail recieved from a specific e-mail address ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) sent to a specific user mailbox in my organization. Is this possible and if so any guidance would be much appreciated. Mail is beeing forwarded to the head hancho for review and I need to have the server catch particular messages from one of our vendors (specified address) and deliver it to the user who needs this. If this is the only reason that the old account is needed, you could delete/hide the account remove the SMTP address and assign that SMTP address to a Public Folder then setup a rule on the public Folder that would forward messages from abc account to the head honcho. Add a contact in outlook with that vendor's email address. use rule wizard and select " mails when they arrive" and next select "from people or distribution list". when it prompts you with the select name dialog box, select the vendor's name from contacts.
