It is a 4 color design and this what causes the problem - many t-shirt printers can't do 4 color. He couldn't find another printer in Omaha to do the t-shirts. He is going to look for someone in El Paso to do them. What the timeline will be I can't tell you. I never speak for Steve on what he will do or when he will do something. We are still not on on-line at the house. I should probably give you a little background: Steve McIllree was producing these T-shirts. They were to be a "sequal" to some *Fjordhorse List T-Shirts" he produced a couple of years ago. A great designof a Fjord horse in bedroom slippers, jimmies and bathrobe, with specs onreading his/her Fjordlist on the computer. The design was intricate, and really cute. Steve offered, I am sure much to his regret at this point, to do a rerun...with some improvements. He solicited orders and payments in advance to print and seel the T-shirts at cost so he could finance a print run done. I am not perfectly clear...but I gather the printer messed up the coloring, then decided it was too difficult to do...four colors or something like thatand an intricate design that got offset, or some such thing. Steve had been looking for a new printer, but I don't think he found one. I would love to have one of these shirts (I think I ordered four or morecannot remember nowbut it appears Steve has given up on themor maybe the project got lost in the move and life in generalthings like that can happen. (I myself have experienced a definite mid-life meltdown related to elder care. happens...so I know how life can catch up with all the things you thought you could get done!) AnywayI have not been able to get word on the shirtsso was asking to see if anyone else knew what was up. It sure would be nice to have themthey were great to wear at Fjord events. GAil
