Thank you for your response! That works very easily! something is still not making sense. when I look at the information of each PDS one has 893 members the other PDS has 585 members. But the superce compare only shows a difference of about 40 members. I want to compare 2 PDS datasets and want to get a list of what members are missing. I do not want a line by line comparison of all the members.
