Sehubungan dgn kebutuhan resources IT Audit/Network Project (Goverment) yg akan dimulai Nov'11 sd Jan'12 (initial projects 2-3 bulan terlebih dahulu), Jakarta based. *Several IT Expertise required with following Certifications : (4 0rg) CISA : 2 Senior and 2 Junior (6 org) CCNA/CCNP : 3 Senior and 3 Junior (1 org) PMP : 1 Junior *General Requirements : -Bachelor Degree (S1) in Management Information Systems / Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.0 (out of 4.0) from a reputable university; -Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; -Good interpersonal skills, strong attention to service quality with customer oriented attitude and Is able to perform in team and independently with minimum supervision. -Having Project Experience min. 1 year *Qualifications : -CISA At least 3 years (Senior) or 1 year (Junior) experiences in IT Policy/Security/Audit/Network/Application area; -PMP at least 2 projects experience within last 1 year -CCNA/CCNP at least 3 years (Senior) or 1 year (Junior)experiences and familiar with or have experience in administering network security technologies such as firewalls, IDS, IPS, and application proxies; Strong exposure to vulnerability and penetration testing experience including identification and exploitation of software vulnerabilities; and Technical security certifications above are prerequisites and mandatory ! Sungguh menakjubkan bekerja dengan dukungan teknologi mutakhir seperti di perusahaan ini. Siapa nyana dua minggu lalu, belum genap tujuh bulan bekerja di perusahaan itu, dia mengundurkan diri. Lesmana belum mendapatkan tawaran pekerjaan lain, tapi dia tidak sanggup lagi bertahan di sana. Belakangan, sejumlah karyawan di divisi yang sama dengannya ikut resigned. Direktur utama perusahaan itu pun merasa tertekan karena perputaran (turnover) karyawan sangat tinggi. Cemas memikirkan biaya yang sudah dikeluarkan perusahaan untuk alokasi dana pelatihan karyawan. Ia juga bingung lantaran tidak tahu apa gerangan yang terjadi. Mengapa karyawan yang bertalenta bagus ini mengundurkan diri, padahal gajinya sudah cukup tinggi?
