[JBoss-dev] NoClassDefFoundError
Guys, I'm getting the following exception. Any idea what happened to this class. I am using bundled jboss-2.2.2/tomcat-3.2.2 apache. java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/jboss/security/SecurityAssociation at org.jboss.ejb.plugins.jrmp.interfaces.GenericProxy.getPrincipal(GenericProxy .java:184) at org.jboss.ejb.plugins.jrmp.interfaces.HomeProxy.invoke(HomeProxy.java:231) at $Proxy0.create(Unknown Source) Thanks, Tahir ___ Jboss-development mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/jboss-development
RE: [JBoss-dev] NoClassDefFoundError
found it in jboss/client/jbosssx-client.jar and its part of contrib modules so wont be there in jboss source. Apparently org/jboss/security/SecurityAssociation is missing from the org.jboss.* source. i don't know why that could happen :-( In anyway, just import this class from CVS to your project and the error will go away. [JBoss-dev] RMI-IIOP code scan
Marc/Scott (and other core guys), I've spent quite a bit of time on researching RMI-IIOP and have just started going through JBoss code. I am sure there are some guys who started late and are upto speed with contributing to JBoss core stuff. So, please help me with any tips to attack the code from the right angle. Just want to save some time wandering around and thinking if I got x hours to contribute, these should be utilized properly. Thanks in advance. RE: [JBoss-dev] RMI IIOP
First application we wrote with JBoss was just to bring in J2EE to this company (have used WebLogic 5.1 in previous job). It was a very simple app. with some stateless session beans and JSP Model 1 architecture. Currently, its in QA and will be in production in about 6 weeks. Currently working on 2nd and quite big project. Persistance is all XML, so there's no entity beans but a lot of SB, with JSP Model 2 architecture, struts taglibs. Both projects use Apache (basic auth), embedded tomcat and JBoss 2.2. I will try to be in sync. with other guys on RMI-IIOP. Hope to have some requirements soon. Finally, as I have said many times to colleagues, we feel really lucky to select JBoss. Its collectively THE best so far.
