I think Sven wanted to know if there is a tool similar to Sun's J2EE 1.3 RI 
deploytool which is basicaly a GUI editor for standard and RI specific 
deployment descriptors.

I would suggest Sven to take a look at XDoclet 
(http://sf.net/projects/xdoclet). XDoclet supports JBoss 3.0 including 
JBossCMP.

No, JBossCMP is a 3.0 only feature.
