Product: elisa Version: 0.2.1 Platform: Archlinux Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: baloo Assignee: matthieu_gall...@yahoo.fr Reporter: kuba...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 114260 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=114260&action=edit Screenshots Empty album entries/album entries created by moving folders don't get removed from the view. Moving files/folders to a new folder ,causes Elisa to create duplicate entries ,I have tried restart the database somehow ,but wasn't able to ,I tried: 1.Adding a custom folder and deleting ~/Music default entry ,deleting ~/Music entry when there is a different one causes Elisa to crash. 2.Going to dolphin ,clicking music it prevents elisa from indexing the files ,closing the dolphin and resetting setting to ~/Music from ~/Music(by deleting the entry ,causing it to default back to ~/Music and applying changes). There are no multiple entries neither in dolphin nor in elisa in tracks view or artist view. 3.Reinstalling the application doesn't solve the issue(both by purging it with pacman -Rns or just reinstalling it with pacman -S). I will provide 2 pictures for this bug Also by observing behavior of elisa when turning it off and turning it back on with this bug. I have noticed that elisa searched for the first album in it is database that shares the right name ,so when one turns off Elisa and turns it back on ,elisa is unable to play the songs ,since she find the album ,but the album is empty ,so the entries in the current playing entry are treated as invalid. I will add in 3 screenshots for this bug(an album that has no empty duplicates and those plays just fine ,and 2 pics for the album that has an empty album duplicate). It is a story for another bug report ,but sometimes some new folders/albums don't get indexed by Elisa ,and for those I had to go to Files, go to a folder containing indexed files and play one of the files inside of the folder. I do believe it is baloo integration/baloo indexer integration issue ,but I might be wrong ,but at least the scope(duplicate entries) sounds like it. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

The problem is that does not work properly, it integrates nicely with the Plasma desktop but lacks in the typical chrome page-saving options, in fact, when you save a web page in Chromium/Chrome, it lets you choose which component you want to download, if just HTML, or HTML + Entire page, (See screenshot to understand it better) But, the only option I see when using kdialog is "HTML Document" and in fact it does not save all the web page files since it does not let me to choose what to save. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=396290 --- Comment #17 from Philippe Waroquiers --- (In reply to Roger Light from comment #15) > Thanks for the comments and review. > > I think adding greater capability for controlling where and when failures > occur, and adding syscall support could turn this into a really useful tool. > I don't think that should take away from there already is though. > > How about renaming to "failcheck" for example, and rewriting a load of the > text to make it clear the tool is about failure checking in general and at > the moment considers heap allocation failures, then expanding the scope once > you are happy with everything as it stands. Without some more control on when to start creating failures, the tool will limited to very small applications : big apps quickly have several thousands different alloc stack traces. So, IMO, too early to push in upstream : introducing a new tool has a cost in terms of integrating the patches, and then implies a (forever) cost (maintenance, additional build time, etc ...), and this cost will very probably not be compensated by very usable functionalities. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

We should see a warning like "Selected layer cannot be transformed with active transformation mode" Before we can do anything, but we don't, in the above scenario. p.s. I **do** see the above message when we first select the tool, then e.g. 'perspective' mode and then try to click the object. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=392251 --- Comment #6 from ocumo --- For what is worth, just in case anyone having troubles with krita using a Wacom Cintiq and looking for answers, this information, gathered after countless experiments with various versions of krita and Kubuntu, might be helpful: 1. The **appimage** executables for krita versions 4.0.0, 4.1.0 AND 4.1.1 crash/hang when using a Wacom Cintiq 27QHD Touch display as soon as one touches the display with a finger or very soon thereafter, in both Kubuntu 16.04 AND in Kubuntu 18.04 with whatever latest updates. 2. In Kubuntu 18.04, the kritalime PPA installation of krita 4.1 AND 4.1.1 do NOT have the above problem. The touchscreen works (with a minor glitches) AS LONG as the following command is issued before launching krita: xsetwacom -v --set 'Wacom Cintiq 27QHD touch Finger touch' gesture off 3. Enabling OR disabling finger touch painting in the krita settings does NOT have any effect in any krita version 4.x.x so far, appimage OR kritalime PPA installed. The above xsetwacom command remains the only way to allow using touch gestures in the Wacom Cintiq in krita >= 4 in kubuntu 18.04 and older. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=397062 Bug ID: 397062 Summary: missing Qt5 QDebug output Product: kdevelop Version: 5.2.3 Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Output Views Assignee: kdevelop-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: mwoehlke.fl...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- When using QDebug in Qt5 applications, no output is seen in the application's output view. This is essentially https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTCREATORBUG-13828, but applied to KDevelop rather than Qt Creator. A work-around is to set QT_LOGGING_TO_CONSOLE=1 in the execution environment, but many users will not know about this variable, and it is difficult to learn about it without already knowing what is happening. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

The 6th field should be replaced with a name where possible (PAYMENT WITH CARD can never be replaced automatically with the right payee of course) While Search & Process will do the trick, it is in my opinion not the place for this information. Ideally, the operations tab would show the payee's name and when you click on (hover over it) it, you see the payee table with the link name -> account number. This way, it feels more logical and you can still trace the payee's bank account number easily. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

One way to overcome that issue is by using the font.height to calculate the settings height, that is 37chars for now and the width to be calculated in accordance with that height. There are some down limits for both, height shouldnt overcome screens height and shouldnt go under 400px and the width can not be less than 200px M +6-8shell/package/contents/configuration/LatteDockConfiguration.qml https://commits.kde.org/latte-dock/a5a4b876dee8268083f7e186f084e6662ea5bddb -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=397059 Bug ID: 397059 Summary: Printing from Okular creates 31% bigger image on the paper Product: okular Version: unspecified Platform: openSUSE RPMs OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: major Priority: NOR Component: printing Assignee: okular-de...@kde.org Reporter: k...@mail.orbitel.bg Target Milestone: --- When printing with default options from Okular it works but produces 31% bigger image on the paper and some of the image what get out from the sheet get missing. When choose the option Enforced Rasterisation it prints as expected (without enlargement and 100% of the document image is on paper as expected) Also it is very annoying this need users to check the enforcing rasterization option every time when printing is needed. People forgot to check it and need to waste their printout the 31% enlarged page images. Please if you can not remove this bug with the default setting, at least try to make possible if users choose the enforcing rasterizatipn option this option to stay checked permanently instead to be lost after every print job. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[kwin] [Bug 395421] Resizing of windows is highly bugged
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=395421 --- Comment #10 from Filip --- So I have the first 3 kinds of glitches on yet another computer, but this one uses amdgpu with an HD7790, which is more potent than the Intel HD 620 and Radeon HD 4200 on the other two computers, if that is of any importance. Also, I found a workaround that fixes all these types of bugs and on all three of the computers I tested with. If I turn on the "Resize Window" effect in Desktop Effects, the glitches are entirely gone. Unfortunately this effect looks bad so it would be ideal if the underlying issues were fixed. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
