There are so many of these messages i can't scroll back to the point where i launched kmail to see if there is a more important message that caused the crash. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. run kmail2 2. click on folder with unread emails 3. DrKonqi refused to send the report since it said I did not have enough details. Therefore, I ran Kontact into gdb. Message sending failed since the following recipients were rejected by the server: recipi...@host.de (The server responded: "5.7.1 : Sender address rejected: not owned by user sen...@host.de") The Problem is that kmailtransport assumes that the mta immediately reports errors. But by default postfix delays the reporting of errors and reports them after the "RCPT TO:" command. [1] kmailtransport therefore assumes that there was an error with the recipients. Forcing postfix to report errors immediately fixes this error, but has other disadvantages [2].
