i forgot about point-and-click all the time.  I'm wondering whether we
could turn it off by default - it's useful with tools like
Frescobaldi, which should be smart enough to know how to invoke Lily
with appropriate option on its own.

Yup.  The colorful "solution" didn't have it's own section, so i
